「We stayed 2 nights with our dog during a tour of the Rutland area and further afield. We were really impressed by the hotel - great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely walks locally, well maintained facilities, lots of spaces for chilling out, lovely food and welcoming of our dog in all locations. 「The check-in reception was condescending and patronising, not a good way to greet visitors
The toilet was not flushed
The view from our room was a brick wall close to our. This meant the room was depressingly dark
Would not reocommend or return」

「We loved the charm of The Old Pheasant. We stayed in the Rutland Suite and it was very spacious for our family of four. Our teenagers appreciated having their own beds (instead of sharing a double).
Supper was delicious and the breakfast included with the stay was dynamite!
Wish our schedule had allowed for another night here.」
