Welcome to our thoughtfully designed one-bedroom flat, overlooking a beautiful Japanese garden. With a blend of mid-century modern and Japanese-inspired aesthetics, the space is designed for those who appreciate attention to detail. Neutral tones and unique decor elements create a warm and inviting atmosphere. While the home offers a peaceful view, please note that a family lives upstairs, so there may be occasional noise.
1.⁠ ⁠Check in is typically at 3PM, and Checkout is at 11AM, unless agreed upon with prior notice.
2.⁠ ⁠If you’d like to invite additional guests or bring pets, please let me know in advance so I can help make proper arrangements. For everyone’s comfort and safety. All visitors count as guests to compensate for cleaning resources.
3.⁠ ⁠In consideration of the neighbors, events and gatherings are not permitted, unless explicitly agreed upon.
4.⁠ ⁠Smoking is not permitted in the premises.
5.⁠ ⁠Quiet hours start at 10PM, ending at 8AM to respect our neighbors.

Lovely stay in beautiful apt

Our stay was outstanding. The apt is beautifully decorated, spotless ,spacious, and in nice neighborhood. The check in/out was easy as can be and we highly recommend!

Awesome place!

I stayed here for a few days because my daughter was admitted to UC Berkeley, and she was invited to a few events being held at the school for admitted students. The location of this place is very convenient as it is a 14 min drive from UC Berkeley. However, you won’t be able to walk from this place to Berkeley because you have to take a minor highway to get to the university. Regardless, this is a beautiful home with everything you’d reasonably need for a short stay. The host also kept great communication with me. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I’d 100% reccomend this place!
