To your left is the bedroom, featuring vaulted ceilings that lend a sense of spaciousness and character. Across the way, the full bathroom is perfectly positioned for easy access. As you continue, the space opens up into a warm and inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of lake adventures. The dining area and kitchen flow seamlessly, creating a cozy setting for shared meals or quiet mornings.
Just off the living area, step onto the private balcony and take in breathtaking views of Deep Creek Lake. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a quiet evening as the sun dips below the horizon, this serene space is sure to be a favorite.
From the kitchen, another staircase leads you to the loft—a versatile space with a futon, ideal for additional guests or simply relaxing with a book. - There is a 13-night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
- A high chair and Pack-N-Play are provided.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
