Very disappointing
The space was certainly adequate. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, even after the property owner changed the mattress. It was not a property suitable for socially distancing, private space.

We've been renting out this studio for 8 years, and it's the only complaint weve had about the bed, or about anything else. All of the other reviews are 5 star, plus we are superhosts on airbnb. That being said, we replaced Karen's bed immediately when she asked. She did not complain about the new bed. She never said a word until she left this review, so we had no knowledge of her being less than satisfied until we saw her review.

Great location, really friendly hostess, and nice room. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location, bright, nicely decorated room. A bit small but a great jumping off point for a visit to Berkeley and San Fran.

Very safe and well maintained property. Centrally located.
Mariam is very helpful. She does a meticulous job in maintaining the property. She is a text away incase any issues arise.

Peaceful
Miriam is very nice and attentive. The sublet is comfortable and I enjoyed cooking my own food sometimes.
