3 Bedrooms on Top Level for Privacy PLUS Den / Workout / Extra Room on Ground Level can be used as another sleeping quarter, office, den, gym. The main level (2nd floor) has the main living area, large kitchen, dining area, living room, romantic electric fireplace, half-bath and laundry room. 60" Smart TV too.

2 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed and 1 Sofa Bed on Ground Level.

The house is located within a quiet, family oriented, gated community. The house is on a private street within the community has little traffic. The community has a private playground.

The house is 1.3 miles from downtown, with eclectic take-out and delivery dining options and a Century Cinema movie theater. The Hayward BART station is also nearby.

Only 1.5 miles to Cal State University, East Bay!

Directly behind the house is Jackson Street, providing convenient access to the greater Bay Area. Hayward is between 3 major cities - Oakland is 14 miles, San Francisco is 20 miles, San Jose is 25 miles.

The house is on elevated ground behind a sound wall and has triple-pane windows to subdue the sound. With windows closed, the sound is faint, but is audible when open.
