Peaceful and quiet, yet steps away from the hopping Westbrae and Albany neighborhoods, and on the direct bus line to SF, this is a dream location for anyone who wants to experience the best of East Bay living.
High end appliances and furnishings, an ensuite bathroom, and separate dining room are just a few of the features you'll love about this Westbrae Oasis. There is a dedicated work-from-home nook with its own half bath, and a twin trundle bed for a child or an overnight guest.

Perfect for us!

Everything about this property was perfect for us! The house is beautiful, clean and well-appointed without being busy. It is located in the best part of Berkeley -- you can walk to everything from a peaceful neighborhood with friendly and helpful neighbors. The owner and property manager were also very helpful and responsive. We didn't want to leave!

Initial problems quickly resolved by owner

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped rental in a nice, very quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, etc. When we arrived, the rental had not been cleaned and there were a number of things (shower, oven, dishwasher, toilet) that were not functioning. Apparently, there had been a miscommunication with property management. The owners worked diligently to fix everything; however, we were inconvenienced during our stay. We anticipate that future renters will not encounter the issues with which we were faced.
