“This place is awesome. You’re not staying at the Ritz people. For a value inn with its location you can’t do better in the area. Mini fridge, Roku tv etc. for when you’re in your room. Will be back, would recommend ”

“My husband and I spent our 29th wedding anniversary at panther cabins. We had the best time. The cabin was perfect for us and romantic. The communication with management was wonder. Before perps when we we’re coming and the follow up after. Infact so much to do in the area. We want to bring the whole family when we do a vacation. That’s how much we enjoyed it. ”

“Our stay was very comfortable. The room was fairly clean but the room needed a little facelift. The bathroom needed updating. This was the second time we stayed at the University Inn and I would stay again.”

“The room was spacious. The bedding clean and soft, and the hot water came up instantly. Everything was a little shabby, but it was cheap, comfortable, and everything that needed to be clean was clean.”

“Would give 4 1/2 overall rating if could! Tiny house was clean, comfortable and great location right on the river. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Easy check in and check out and communication with owner easy. Only complaint was the water in shower and kitchen sink smelled of sulfur. Continued smelling even after running for 5 minutes so basically avoided showering. Amazing stay overall!”

“If you looked up “cozy” in the dictionary, you’d see a picture of this cabin. It’s perfect for one or two people looking to run away from the world for a couple of days. What you miss in the amenities of a hotel, you make up for in privacy and natural beauty. There are cabins on either side of you but your front yard and back yard are wooded mountainsides. We were there in July while the trees were green and I bet it’s even more beautiful in the fall. The cabin was spotless and well-maintained.……

“The ol' gun range cabin was nothing short of magical. The cabin its self was clean and nicely maintained. It has tons of character and is pretty cool. The hot tub was nice as well as the firepit area. If you are looking to disconnect and enjoy nature this is your place.”

“This was the perfect spot for a cozy getaway! The proximity to Franklin, Sylva, and Clayton made it the perfect spot for being in the mountains but close to all the amenities. Highly recommended!”

“This an old house that needs updating and up to code. They camouflaged portions over existing walls. Live wires were not covered with blank receptacles m(downstairs in closet to the left) There were holes in many places. Especially downstairs bathroom. Caulking were not done correctly. One Recliner chair broken. From down stairs at night you can’t sleep for hearing the water going thru pipes or walls. Oven was filthy and refrigerator smelled like shrimp. Deck was overdue for pressure cleaning.……
