Vatash (if I remember the name correctly) was very personable. Room had good television options. Didn’t use WiFi, so reception was limited. Thermostat control was great. Quiet and safe. Walking distance to Sylva was good. Nice town with good restaurant options. No usb options, so bring a wall outlet adapter. Shower was good. Coffee in room. Sylva is a nice place to stay when visiting Cherokee. Dillsboro nearby. Be back next year

This is a great place to stay in a beautiful mountain town. Downtown Sylva is walkable from the hotel and full of dining and shopping options. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was great, practically in the middle of downtown. The absolute best part however was the very sweet man running the place. We were very late arriving, so he called us to make sure we were still coming and then waited up for us to nearly 1 in the morning! REALLY sweet.
