This is the best hotel in Brevard , stay here close to everything. Had a great vib and out door hammocks, firepit just so clean & walk to down town . We will be back.

Perfect location for a Brevard vacation

I’ve stayed here before and it’s clean and meets our needs. It’s close to the Brevard Music Center which is our primary reason for coming up from Florida. Planning to return in a couple of weeks and have already booked a room for that trip.

We rented a room for the Halloween Festival this weekend, And it was great! Super cute and retro. Had a turntable, and a cute little make-up/hair dresser corner in the wash area. Located within walking distance to downtown, and all the shops, restaurants and brew pubs! The bigger rooms with yards were booked, but we'll book early next time and hopefully get one of those.

Our stay here was delightful. We had a few hiccups with our room, but the owner had someone who was onsite and had it fixed within a few minutes, and this was at 8:30 P.M. after the office was closed. It is very convenient to downtown Brevard. The owner was very personable and wanted our stay to be a great experience! We will definitely be back.

Quick but lovely stay at The Sunset in Brevard. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, the room was decorated in a fun-kitschy-retro style complete with retro record players and records, good size room with 2 sofas and a great shower, large outdoor lounging area with firepit, multiple hammocks and other seating. Easy walk to downtown Brevard. Highly recommend!

Late check in after hours was simple, fast and easy. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet! I loved the quaint, nostalgic charm! I left early in the morning so I did not get to interact with the staff but the check out process was also fast and easy!
