“Room was clean and had everything we needed, with the nice addition of some balloons and a birthday message on our return after a day out for our daughter, having told them why we were there on arrival. Staff really helpful throughout. Last minute decision to eat in the bar area (restaurant fully booked) provided us with nice meals, which was against some of the reviews we had read, so I am assuming improvements have been made. Drink choices were good. Breakfast was also good. My wife assured……

“Last minute choice for us but a good one. Lots of dog friendly space outside the hotel in the gardens which, whilst somewhat neglected were still enjoyable and full of wildlife. Hotel itself was slightly dated and could do with a lick of paint or two but overall was in good condition and the evening receptionist and breakfast staff were top notch. Earlier in the evening we had walked out of a hotel we had booked and paid for as it transpired to be dismal but this place was an excellent last……

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”

“Very Limited free parking and you need to pay extra parking fee next to the hotel. A little bit discount will be given from hotel”
