“All was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay here. There is some plastic and other small garbage pieces along the beach. It is hear to cleanup or prevent it from happening. I picked up some pieces every day but more people would have to do it too….”

“Optisch ist dieses Hotel ein absoluter Traum. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und außergewöhnlich sauber: den ganzen Tag sind Mitarbeiter unterwegs und kümmern sich um die Pflege. Das Personal ist durchweg herzlich, jeder grüßt freundlich und begegnet einem mit einem Lächeln. Wir hatten eine Suite, die hochwertig ausgestattet war und sogar einen Steamer im Zimmer hatte - ein tolles Detail. Leider hatten wir an 7 von 10 Tagen deutliche Probleme mit dem Getränkeservice im……

“From the outset, the Eden Roc resort staff were so friendly and helpful from booking in to checking out and all of the dealings in between. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Everything was inclusive and the quality and variety of the food and drinks was exceptional. All areas were clean and you could not wish for any additional facilities in my opinion. “Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Schade war, dass man im Hauptrestaurant keinen Einlass hatte, wenn man ein Themenrestaurant gebucht hatte, auch wenn es erst spät abends war.”

Besonders enttäuschend waren das mangelhafte Allergenmanagement, die À-la-carte-Restaurants, die Qualität der Zimmerreinigung sowie die Situation mit den Liegen am Pool. Unser Tipp: Die À-la-carte-Restaurants kann man sich sparen. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Ambiente ist modern und gemütlich, die gesamte Anlage wirkt gepflegt und sauber. Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sauber,……

“Alles war bestens. Das Essen hätte besser sein können, wsr aber nicht schlecht. Lediglich öfters kalt. Durch die grösse des Buffets gab es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Söfte zum Frühstück waren eher durchschnitt (Konzentrat mit Wasser). Zimmer war Top, Anlage, Strand und Zustand ebenfalls. Die LiegenreservTion war mühsam und für uns ungewohnt. Hat man es nicht gemacht fand man auf der Anlage nach 09:00 Uhr keine freie Liegen mehr. Dafür gab es am Stramd genügend freie Liegen.”

“Beautiful hotel we had a room with a pool it was nothing short of fabulous. The room had air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe and fridge. We had breakfast included which was lovely they had everything from fruit to full English. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the beach but there are restaurants and bars five minutes away. We had a lovely time thank you.”
