"Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."

"If you want a true Italian family experience then a stay at BnB La Mortella is the answer. We considered staying in Paestum to be close to the great temples but knowing that La Mortella was only 20 minutes away convinced us to try something different during our Italia tour. "My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. There is a restaurant, small bar and pool on site as well as short walking trail, hammocks and, since they are up on a hill, beautiful views of the valley below Aquara. "

"I was in a single room which was quite small but had everything I needed. The hotel is opposite the central railway station and at the start of the shopping street which I thought would be noisy but the sound proofing was amazing. The location is ideal for busses, trains and ferries and a nice walk into the old town. The breakfast was excellent, good choices and eggs can be cooked to order. A bar would have been a bonus but not a problem. I would highly recommend. "
