LA ESTANCIA, House EA Oaxaca, Historic Center, Balcony with Mountain View
- We are located in the heart of the city’s Historic Center, internationally renowned for its architecture, culture, colors, and flavors.
"LA ESTANCIA" is located 300 meters from the Church of Santo Domingo de Guzmán and 600 meters from the Zócalo. Our street is one of the quietest and safest in the area. Markets, museums, restaurants, galleries, and all the attractions are just a few steps away.
"LA ESTANCIA" is part of Casa EA Oaxaca, which offers completely private accommodations, with common areas limited to access hallways.
Our space welcomes you with a beautiful wall made of cantera, a traditional stone from our state, as well as a balcony overlooking the street, which offers a spectacular view of the mountains of our beautiful Sierra Norte.
It features a kitchenette, bathroom, dining area, desk, closet, and the option of 2 or 3 double beds, depending on the guests’ needs and preferences.
Although there is no air conditioning, the room stays very cool thanks to excellent ventilation, its geographical location, and two ceiling fans. We do not have private parking, but there are several options nearby. However, most of our guests who bring a car choose to park it on the street where we are located, as it is quite safe.
"LA ESTANCIA" includes all bedding, towels, and some amenities such as shampoo, body wash, a hair dryer, an iron, dishes, kitchen utensils, and a few little extras that we always like to leave as a surprise.
Staying at “LA ESTANCIA” guarantees you a prime location—a clean, safe place with the care and attention to detail that travelers always seek.
