「Rooms were larger than normal with kitchen area, seating area and 2 separate bedrooms. We had a late night check-in due to a flight delay and the staff had all the paperwork waiting for us when we walked in. The cleanliness standards were 100% impressive. The hotel is very quiet. It is located in a very safe area with dozens of restaurants, cafes, mini marts and bars on the street. Walking distance to the Zocalo (city center) was 15-20 minutes.」

「My favorite hotel stay to date. Pug Seal delivers in all aspects. Helpful and friendly staff, beautiful design in room and within the courtyard, peaceful and tranquil says it all.
