The decor is simple yet elegant. Cute little Ludwig and Sissi touches. Beautiful village and close to all the Ludwig II castles. The perfect place to stay for the Ludwig II fan!

Es war perfekt!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der schönen FeWo verbringen dürfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viel Stauraum. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich. Geparkt haben wir in der Nähe auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, die Gebühren hierfür waren in Ordnung.Oberammergau verfügt über viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen und ein sehr großes Angebot an Einkaufsmärkten für die Selbstversorgung. Wir haben die Asamklamm und die Partnachklamm besucht.

Very enjoyable place to stay for two

Very enjoyable stay at Christian’s property in Oberammergau… great location as we walked to everything, including the Passion Play Theater… easy drive through Bavaria to get there. Christian was very friendly, hospitable… and was very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean… also a very quiet location. Thank you!

Great, convenient stay for passion play

We stayed one night for the passion play. The apartment was just as advertised. 7 min walk to the theater and very convenient to city center. The manager was quickly responsive when we needed something. I would highly recommend.

Short Walk to the Passion Play

The location was perfect for our visit to the passion play. There was parking available for our rental car. It was quite easy to find the key for our unit. Christian answered all of our questions quickly. They had information available for the local community. One couple slept on the sofa couch and it was very comfortable! The other couple slept in the bedroom. The only downside was that the bathroom had a strong mold odor. We kept the windows open to help with that.

Alles in der Wohnung war in Ordnung, nur für drei erwachsene Personen war sie zu klein.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen stets hilfsbereit.

Mitten in Oberammergau

Sehr schön zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung mit dem Namen "König Ludwig". Alles war fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung [Wo/EssZi, SchlaZi, Küche und Bad (Wannendusche)] war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Matrazen waren mittelhart. Eine Schlafcouch war ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus und die Umgebung waren sehr ruhig, trotz Straßennähe. Die gesamte Kommunikation lief per Mail, Alle Formalitäten waren unproblematisch, selbst die Kurausweise lagen bei Ankunft schon im Zimmer. Definitiv sehr empfehlenswert und bei einem nächsten Mal wieder eine Option.

Kurztrip

Zwei Nächte O-Gau in einer schönen schnuggelichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Schade nur, dass das Schlafzimmer als Durchgang zum Bad dient.

FEWO KÖNIG LUDWIG

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Ortskern entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn de la Rose war reibungslos. Somit konnten viele Fragen schnell und zielgerichtet geklärt werden. Wir haben uns in unserer Urlaubszeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich empfehle die Wohnung König Ludwig sehr gerne weiter.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was an easy walk to downtown. The home was fairly well stocked and it was a good place to stay in our five days in Oberammergau. The bed took a little getting use to but all in all, it was a great stay and a good time in Oberammergau.

Sehr gemütlich und urig

Eine sehr gemütliche und urige Wohnung mit viel Charme. Liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt gibt es für das Schlafsofa in der Stube, dies ist nicht sehr bequem. Ansonsten alles Tip Top sauber und ordentlich.
