Welcome to our modern 3-room flat in Oberhausen, in the heart of the Ruhr region!

Discover urban comfort and modern design in every room - the large 3-room flat has everything you need for your next short trip or longer stay. The apartment was freshly renovated in 2024.

Starting with the fully equipped kitchen, the Ruhrpott Residenz has everything you need for a delicious dinner or a quick lunch, including a dishwasher.

The dining room is very bright and spacious and can of course also be used for mobile working.
There is also access to the private balcony (south-facing).

The living room also offers plenty of space and allows for cosy evenings together.
The Smart TV offers streaming access and television with all public and private HD channels.

The sofa can be easily extended into a comfortable sofa bed.
A comfortable folding mattress can also be provided so that up to 4 adults can also spend restful nights.

The spacious bedroom with its large double bed (king-size) offers restful sleep and there is also plenty of storage space in the wardrobe.

Bed linen and towels, as well as a high-quality shower set consisting of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are of course available to all our guests free of charge.

Thanks to the very central location, attractions such as the CentrO, Topgolf and the Gasometer can be reached in just 15 minutes.
Free parking and excellent transport links make exploring the Ruhr area effortless.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Durch den Schlüselcode beim Check-in war die Anreise unkompliziert und entspannt, da meine Anreise etwas länger war. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Dustin war schnell und immer freundlich. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
