Apartment block "Fellhornstrasse". On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Oberstdorf. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, communal covered parking. Supermarket 50 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Oberstdorf" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, tennis 800 m, riding stable 500 m, ski lift 1 km, cross country ski track 10 m.
1-room apartment 40 m2, on the upper ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table and cable TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Garage space n 75 (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

We couldn’t get the key over one hour. Even though I called the key holder, it connected to their voice mail. We wasted time on the arrival, so I missed the important meeting on the day.

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft eine gute Entscheidung, da der Rewe und die Bushaltestelle gegenüber sind, Die Bus Haltestelle war auch ein Hauptkriterium für die Auswahl der Unterkunft. Es war alles was man braucht vorhanden, das ist nicht immer so und war echt gut. Sogar 2 Kaffeemaschinen Kapsel & Filter Maschine, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher usw. Ein Ofen fehlt. Wie immer in einer FeWo sind nicht alle Gläser die man nutzen möchte sauber. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber gut, die Matratze des Doppelbetts ist gut. Dusche funktioniert super. Für den Ski-Urlaub war es in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Ski Keller. Allerdings ist der Parkplatz 75 in der Tiefgarage eine Herausforderung und mit unserem Ford S-Max eine unlösbare Aufgabe gewesen. Alleine um zu diesem Parkplatz zu kommen ist mehrfaches rangieren nötig, dann ist der Parkplatz von Pfeilern eingegrenzt die höchstens 2 Meter von einander entfernt sind. Wir haben aus Stressvermeidung und Sorge um die Farbe unseres Autos den Parkversuch vorwärts sowie Rückwärts abgebrochen und waren froh aus dieser Tiefgarage raus zu sein. Tipp: Hier sollten nur routinierte "Parker" rein fahren und einem Auto mit kompakten Ausmaßen. WiFi gibt es nicht. Wir haben dann hinter dem Rewe bei den Glas Containern geparkt, ist erlaubt, allerdings muss man die bösen Blicke der Einwohner ertragen...
