The room was clean and staff very friendly. I booked the room for a week, after three days I asked to have my room cleaned. They can and changed out my towels but didn't changed my bed linens. But they did straight the bed up. Everything else was great especially the people at the front desk .

location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference.
