“Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with……

“Wir sind auf unserer Radtour nur für eine Nacht im SOWELL eingecheckt und waren positiv überrascht. Der Mitarbeiter am Check-in war extrem freundlich und es lief unkompliziert und schnell - es gab sogar eine kostenlose Erfrischung. Natürlich ist die Anlage nicht super neu, aber wir haben uns über ein geräumiges, sauberes Apartment mit Terrasse und Klimaanlage gefreut. Ebenfalls top Personal an der Bar und faire Preise. Wir haben für den Abend das Essen dazugebucht und sind sehr zufrieden……

“Booking was made for three people and bed linen was provided for two. Reception closes at 7pm and the emergency number was on a board at the closed reception as we all are perfectly aware that it would be there to go and find it?! Why not send that info in the number of emails that we received or have it in every room ? Or why not forward to that number when reception is closed which is 19 of 24 h ? One of the chairs had a dusty footprint on it , so there was no cleaning of that apartment worth……

“Nous avons eu un minuscule studio, au lieu d'un studio de 24m2. Une fois la table rabatable installée, impossible de se mouvoir. Le bloc kitchenette commence à mal vieillir, le sisal du sol est en très mauvais état et l'ensemble aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf. Cependant la literie est confortable. La salle d'eau manque d'une étagère et nous avons eu pour 2 personnes et 3 nuits 2 mini dosettes de gel douche et 2 mini savonnettes. Le gros problème est que nous étions le week-end du 20 juin où……
