Let Sunset Island be your vacation destination in 2025! Vacation in the heart of Sunset Island at this spacious townhome situated on a beautiful tree-lined street near the clubhouse & pool. This property has comfortable sleeping accommodations for family stays. Five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, give everyone the space they need when getting ready for a fun filled day or night in Ocean City!  A large fully equipped kitchen will delight the cook in the family. 50 Island Edge is located in a 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for everyone!  Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & three Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year! 

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes (Large vehicles that do not fit in the designated parking will have to purchase a pass for street parking in Sunset Island. Also, there is free street parking before you enter Sunset Island. Additional facility or parking passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly at the clubhouse once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass. No pass is needed for the bayside beaches.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
