Staff was quick to help.

The condo was updated nicely. Newer bathrooms and furniture. Missing one blanket. There was an issue during our stay with the upstairs dishwasher leaking but the staff was incredibly quick to resolve the issue.

Ok. Wasn’t cleaned before checking in

Called numerous times about having the place cleaned but no one ever came. I think they just made the beds and wiped the mirrors. There was sand all over the floor and scraps of paper and food. The bed was comfortable and the view nice but those are the only positives I can think of. Was managed better under Caldwell banker.

Would not rent again

The bathroom were terribly outdated and fixtures rusty. Bedrooms had no nightstands and the smaller bedroom had little room To move around. The bed was too big for the room. There was no storage in the kitchen for our good. Definitely could not fit 6 people in there comfortably. The lighting in the whole apartment besides the kitchen was horrible.
