602 Summer Beach

Fantastic! Very clean, completely updated, great location perfect for teenagers as it’s close to everything. Our condo was ocean front and had amazing views, and falling asleep listening to the ocean was wonderful. Plan to book again for next summer, can’t wait to come back here!!

Loved the condo! Super clean!Better and more clear instructions need to be given about parking and the existence and location of carts for loading and unloading. Called rental customer support for parking help, and they were absolutely NO help. Luckily, I happened upon a resident who was so, so helpful.

Relaxing Stay

Stayed here off season with my family and definitely got the well deserved relaxation we all needed. Wifi was good; kids were able to do their virtual school during the day with no connection issues. The convenience of the ocean just steps away and the view was worth the stay alone. Listening to the ocean waves while sleeping was the best experience for my husband and I. Everything was clean, kitchen was decently stocked. The location was great for those who would like to venture out as well which we did once or twice. There were many eating options within walking distance of the building and other activities. Due to COVID there were places closed and early closing but we made due and were able to entertain our kids the entire week. Over all great stay, most likely will be back!

Summer Beach 602

Clean home, very beautiful location, with many dining options within walking distance. I would return simply for the views! We were lucky enough to get a show from the Blue Angels on our last full day, the beach is super clean, and the building was very quiet! 10/10!

It was a great place

It was a great place except check in was at 4, we couldn’t access it until 5 because cleaning lady was still in there. And the front desk couldn’t accommodate because we booked through vrbo and had to drive to 64th st for check in. Other than that place was amazing and perfectly situated, however finding it was slightly difficulty for directions we had. Beds were comfy, place was clean, view was amazing! Overall? Great place!

Can't wait to go back

This location was ideal for two moms and two toddlers. Shaded parking, an area to hose off, and a very very close walk to the beach. Easy to walk/take a stroller to nearby restaurants. I wish there were better coffee shops within walking distance and open at 7am. There is a hilly steep entrance to the parking garage which can be difficult for using a wagon with luggage and toddlers. However at the back of the gararge its flat and you can exit/enter that way without walking at an angle.

Fall getaway
