****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Lighted quiet streets lend themselves to romantic early evening strolls as you take in the neighborhood, the views of the water that surrounds the island on 3 sides and of course those fabulous Ocean City sunsets. During the day, kids can be seen riding bikes on those same streets and enjoying the open play area throughout the community. This year-round community features a clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, private beaches, a community boat ramp, boat slips, a fishing/crabbing pier, shoreline walking paths and even interactive water fountains for the kids. If that wasn't enough, there is also a general store, a cafe and a restaurant located right on the shores of the bay! Located just 1.5 blocks from the beach, this Sunset Island is ready to make this your best Ocean City vacation ever!

If you are going to stay in this fabulous community, then you should be staying at an equally as impressive home. This beautiful 5 BR 4.5 BA unit will accommodate 12 people and is exactly what you want! This home features 4 nicely appointed levels. On the first level you will find a bedroom with its own private bath and the laundry area. As you move up to the main level, there is the living room, 2 dining areas, a sitting area and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that is ready for all of your culinary creations! The 3rd level hosts the master bedroom with private bath and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. The 4th level has a private suite with its own bathroom and a private balcony that gives you a view of the bay!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* The community resort fee includes parking for 3 cars and 6 pool passes. The price is as follows 1/1 to 4/30 = $100, 5/1 to 5/24 = $150, 5/25 to 9/6 = $200, 9/7 - 9/30 = $150 and 10/1 to 12/31 = $75. Additional pool and parking passes may be purchased at $70 each. These fees will be due at the time of check-in at Sunset Island. We are not responsible for any changes/ differences in community fees or changes in pool operation/ closures.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* There is parking for 3 vehicles- 1 in the garage and 2 on the driveway outside of the garage.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 67th street.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The private Sunset Island beaches do not allow 4 post canopies or coverings.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 12 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
