Decent

Needs some updating. Carpet was a mess, in some places just placed right over the concrete. Also, the bedding and pillows did not look like they were changed before our stay. My biggest complaint was that the hallway that led into the apartments was filthy and smelled of urine. Positives—great location, and quiet during the night. Kitchen was very clean and dishes were well stocked.

Boardwalk Rock getaway

Great location. Bus stop to boardwalk right out front. Nice surprise to get a wonderful view of the bay! Would definitely stay again

Old and outdated!

Property is outdated. Appliances are old. Carpets are stained. Wifi does not work. Reached out to property manager and was not resolved. Property is completely run down. Definitely not worth the premium amount being charged for the place.

disappointing

carpet huge stain, oven dirty, fridge water spots, patio furniture old, worn, chairs raveling....smelly bedding from previous tenants left in hallway too long..overall very unkept.
