Check in at condo easy. Stocked very well in the kitchen. Great location to the beach and many restaurants.

Nice little beach house

The house and location were gorgeous. The property wasn’t super clean upon arrival. I could still feel that I was stepping on dirt under my feet and just within a few minutes walking around, my feet were brown. I don’t think the cleaning company even washed the floors which isn’t a reflection on the owners. The bathrooms were very clean. An easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The only real complaint I have is not having access to the garage and the beds weren’t very comfortable at all. I understand garage access isn’t a requirement, it just would have been so much easier coming back all sandy with our gear and 3-5 kids in tow from the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. Owners had gotten back to us in a very timely manner about a question we asked. Overall pleased with the experience.

No AC!

Upon arrival we noticed the house was over 80 degrees. We turned the AC on but the AC unit wouldn't turn on. We did not have AC during the entire stay. We notified staff immediately. An HVAC team did not come out until the following day and they couldn't fix the AC. In addition, a parking pass was never given to us so we couldn't park in front of our unit or it would have been towed. I spent more time on my phone dealing with vacasa personnel than enjoying the stay. Vacasa finally attempted to relocate us but could not find a similar living arrangement (less bedrooms). I have requested for a full refund which is being denied. I am in the process of filing a claim. This was the worst rental stay experience. Lastly, the wifi went out on Saturday so we did not have wifi for a portion of our stay. We had to purchase fans to attempt to cool the house down. Most slept in the living room as the bedrooms were basically unbearable.

The perfect retreat

Perfect location, just 2 blocks away from the beach. Plenty of parking, even though you only get one parking pass. You won't have trouble if it's more than one car/vehicle.

The layout was amazing, the access to the pool and being so close to everything!!! The bad was the pool out couch had some sort of poop droppings under the mattress which was to be used as a bed. They came and vacuumed it up but wasn't sanitary so we missed out on using it

So the condo was as described and what I hoped it to be. Nice living area on the second floor. Certainly enough room to sleep eight comfortably. Ten will work if you have small people. I wasn’t expecting a crib and changing table but that’s good for families with little ones. If I had to find one criticism it would be that I didn’t know how to control the cool air for the third floor. First and second floor I was able to keep nice and cool, third floor not so much. Couldn’t find a thermostat or get enough cool air up there so I ran ceiling fan all night. The shared pool was fine and I would recommend this area and condo for a family of eight (or 10 if you have little ones). Lastly, I also only got one out of the four TVs to work (in the king size bedroom)….I was disappointed I couldn’t get Internet on the TV in the second-floor living area. It didn’t affect me that much, but it would if you had 8 to 10 people. Overall I would absolutely recommend this as a rental for the week.

Amazing stay

Check ins and check outs were detailed and easy. Me and my friends really liked the house, we spent an amazing time there. It was absolutely clean and stylish it is better than shown in pictures plus it was well stocked. I definitely recommend this place.
