Charming house in a gated community with a lovely view of the bay. April is off season so there weren’t many people around but felt very secure. The house had everything I needed and the community is a great place to walk the dogs.

Peaceful and quaint retreat! Perfect for all of our needs. The host was very communicative due to a water problem and got this fixed quickly. Friendly rental check in staff as well. Most importantly the location is amazing- it’s within minutes to the Assateague parks and Berlin.

I couldn't be happier with this rental. The views are soooo much better in person!!!! There is nothing better than drinking coffee or eating dinner while looking at that bay! We could even see horses across the way on Assateague island. The house was clean and communication with the owners was amazing! The extras they supplied were amazing and made us feel spoiled. 15/10!!! The community was beautiful and we were especially happy to have a dog oark! Would love to stay here again!!!!

We enjoyed our quiet stay! The bed was comfortable. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside seating was a wonderful option when the sun and temps allowed. The community was quiet during our stay. It was exactly what we needed for our week away from home.

Five stars. The cottage was as expected. It was clean & comfortable. The location within the neighborhood had a great view as well as close to the pool. It was nice that the owners contacted us after check in to see if anything was needed. I highly recommend this place .

This small, clean and well-stocked house is in a seasonal gated community. April is off-season and the area was wonderfully quiet. The unimpeded view was gorgeous. Had a small problem with the heat, the response was very fast and the problem fixed immediately.

We truly enjoyed viewing the sunrise each morning. One small suggestion would be to relocate the sofa so that you have the best view of the sunrise. We had our puppies with us and it was a nice relaxing time. Thank you.

We arrived at this beautiful cottage and fell in love! It was clean, modern and very nicely appointed with all the things we needed. The kids (and mom) were so excited with the cute snack basket. We appreciated the clean linens and all the beds were made up and ready for us. All we had to do was unpack. The views are beautiful!! Everyone wants to come back next year!!

This is a great little house for exploring Assateague and Berlin. The house and yard are so cute. The house was well apportioned and the yard & view made every morning and evening so special. The people of the area are very friendly. Jessica & David were so helpful and responsive. We would recommend this to our dearest friends. Thank you again!

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. The snacks were a surprise and went well with our morning coffee, our weather was not great but we still enjoyed the view and watching all the birds. Our little pup enjoyed it to. Would highly recommend it for your stay. The owner checked in to see if we needed anything and correspondence was great. The only thing my husband missed was his news and weather on the TV. 😃 we did use the chromecast to watch comedy shows. All in all a great stay. Thank you Jessica

This was our second time staying at this beautiful house. We absolutely love it. It is clean and inviting. The location and the view can’t be beat! We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The views each morning were amazing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. And, we enjoyed the community amenities, like the dog park and kayak launch. I’m sure it’s even better in the summer with the two pools and community activities. The house is also very close to Assateague island and Ocean City as well as restaurants and the grocery store. Thank you for a great vacation!
