Loved this place

The beautiful condo The gorgeous view of the ocean Loved the Tiki bar Owner had everything you’d need from crockpot to ironing board and iron to hair driers ……. Everything was decorated so nice and master bathroom was nice not to mention the view of the ocean from the bedroom ….

Well equipped.

We have stayed at many condos and this one had the most well equipped kitchen we have ever had. Good sized tvs and a nice view. Highly recommend.

Very nicely decorated beds were comfortable modern kitchen. Golden sands is not handicapped friendly steps to get to pool and the handicapped ramp is very steep could hardly walk up it

Check in process improved except never get to speak to a human!! Air conditioner bangs so loud wakes you from a sound sleep. Wood Floors nice. Carpeting in both bedrooms filthy dirty!!! A few broken items like toilet paper holder in master bath, door handle off on laundry closet and Keurig coffee maker missing coffee basket. Tiki bar & Stores closed for 2 days without notice. Paid season price but didnt have all the benefits. Had a beautiful weather week!! WE love the Golden Sands but it is really going down hill every year. Check out process good.

Beautiful, spacious, great view! A/C regulated - sometimes warm.

The balcony was right over the pool, great view of the ocean! The A/C was regulated, and first 2 days would not cool below 72. Ceiling fans definitely made it comfortable!
