Inside, the living space is spacious and modern, with a well-appointed living room featuring a mounted flatscreen TV and comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator in the full kitchen, plus free WiFi and even a private washer/dryer! The central AC will keep everything nice and cool after a day on the sand, and you'll even have assigned parking for up to two vehicles, ideal during the summertime tourist blitz. There are multiple elevators available, so you can easily access your suite without having to climb stairs. The outdoor pool (open seasonally) is a great place to hang out with your friends whenever you want a break from the beach. With all this, you can simply arrive and relax in vacation bliss!

Very comfortable, clean and lovely home

The four of us loved the apartment. Had all the comfort of our own home with all the equipment needed for anything you wanted to cook, clean and use. The only complaint I had was that the Master Bedroom TV didn't work Could only turn on manually but not turn to any stations, the remote wouldn't work even with new batteries. Called for help and help never came.

Place was very clean and perfect location with fabulous views! Beds were very comfortable small updates could improve esthetic like fixing holes in wall from door hitting it and master bedroom carpet has some stains but place was very very clean. Only complaint was check in process- apparently the lock box is broken- make sure you get physical key when you check in it will make the process easier- it took us 2 hours to get in but the stay was wonderful and we even added an extra day to our trip- we would definitely stay here again Made wonderful memories with family this trip

Poor Management company!

VRBO needs to get rid of VACASA. Our pass code for the condo never worked, we put two work tickets in and I never heard anything back from anyone. I took my own vacation time out went back to the office and complained about not having the code, and one key with multiple people staying. The girls at the 64th street office in ocean city Maryland could have cared less about our problem, stated they were going to tell the building manager, of course I never heard back. Poor customer service! The shower curtain in one of the bathroom had mold on it, holes in the wall from the doors hitting them from the wind. Toilet running all the time. View was beautiful but the staff at the office needs to be fired along with the building manager for Summer Beach. 705 was our unit. And another person staying at the same place had the same issues with the code and no response! I’ll never deal with them again!

Summer vacation

The condo was beautiful. The main bathroom toilet paper holder is broken There are a few holes in the wall from the doors. The bathroom vent is very dusty, the vent in the dryer was full of sand and lint my husband had to clean its. The main bathtub drain was blocked and my husband had to plunge it and pulled out a big clump of hair. There were no large pots to cook pasta in. Other than that, the view is amazing and we enjoyed our stay in the condo

Location and view excellent. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property was not good. carpets, walls ceiling fans, and glass patio doors were dusty and dirty. The door lock did not work most of the time had to enter the code 4 or 5 times before the door would open or locked when leaving the premises. The cable TV was not working our whole stay. All these things were reported Monday 2 of our stay and nothing was resolved while we were there. Management did not take care of any of the problems we reported

First beach day postponed

The property is beautiful and a perfect location. There were a few minor issues I found after giving a cleanliness rating of 5, a few wrappers left behind furniture. The toilet handle was very loose in the master bathroom and toilet paper holder is broken. Dark hair in bathroom drawers. No number on the unit made it a bit confusing after checking in. The main issue was the keyless door entry. It wouldn't lock and there wasn't another key to use, only a key for the lobby door. When I called about this I was told the doors to this building sometimes need to be pulled tight in order to lock. When I did this the entry code wouldn't open the door. I was told a repair person was coming soon. I was afraid to leave the property in case we couldn't get back in. I waited over 3 hours for the repairman and had to wait longer for them to make a key and install a lock box on the outside. I was disappointed missing time on the beach when I had such a short vacation. I text the person who responded to me about the repair person on the way and asked if it was possible to get a later check out due to missing the entire morning our first morning there and never got a response.

The place was great and was perfect for my friends and I. The only thing I can complain about is checking in, we got to the door and had to wait an hour+ because we received the wrong code to the door. Other then that everything was great and would like to come back.

Nice place

I have been coming to ocean city for 6 years. Most places are outdated. This one was nice and new! The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were quite. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in ocean city.

Awesome condo with great views

We rented this condo for our annual ladies get away weekend. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space throughout. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, and the entire condo is beautifully updated. The ocean views are wonderful. We appreciated the balcony seating as well. Will definately rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice Condo

This condo has recently gone through a renovation which makes it very new and clean. It has an excellent view of the ocean and the bay. One thing that was not updated was the sliding glass door, which is extremely noisy when opening and closing. Evidently this unit is above the condo association president's unit and they filed a noise complaint with the rental company who is in charge of the rental of this unit. Saying that it sounded like we were moving furniture. Maybe the president needs to recommend replacement sliding doors for the building? The building is showing its age. One other issue we had was with the hall bathroom sink. It leaked and someone was called into fix it and it didn't leak for like 2 minutes and it started leaking again. So we were unable to use that bathroom sink for the final 1.5 days of our stay. The wireless internet connectivity that was supposed to be available for use was not available. I could not even find the network that they said was for this unit. Other then those things I thought the unit was nice and quite comfortable.I have only rated 3 stars due to the few of issues we had. The noise complaint really stuck in my crawl.

Great view of the ocean

The condo was very clean (except for the heating vent) and well appointed. The location was good - an easy walk to the north end of the boardwalk - about 9 blocks. Two bathrooms for four people was perfect. The view of the ocean was wonderful from the master bedroom and living room, and of course, balcony. The balcony was large and accommodated six chairs and a table. The only reason I gave this condo a 4 rating instead of a 5 was because the refrigerator was so loud, it kept me up at night. The pictures of the condo are very accurate.
