This very popular mid-rise building includes one and two bedroom units. Each unit features generous living space, modern kitchen and bath, large balcony overlooking the ocean and outdoor pool for great views day or night. Units are equipped with unit air conditioners and the building includes: coin operated laundry room, private parking and an elevator. Some parking spaces are under the building and have height restrictions. Smoking is restricted to the parking lot only.

Condo was just right for my wife and I. The access to the beach was phenomenal.

Property was well maintained. The view of the beach was great. Living area and kitchen were tremendous. Would have liked a better mattress but the one we had did not keep me from sleeping. Some tenants had a beach umbrella and chairs in a storage room on the first floor. It would have been nice to have these supplied with the rental instead of renting them on the beach. Went to the beach in other places around town and thought our beach was the best. Overall we loved our stay.

We loved our stay at Beachmark Condo! This is our fifth year in OC, and third at Beachmark!

The apartment is great, has all the amenities needed for a vacation at the beach!!! The pool and beach are right there, the restaurants and supermarkets are within minutes... it was another great week in OC!
