Wonderful place to stay

We had a relaxing getaway. The place was beautiful, cozy, clean, great view, & loved that it was dog friendly. The owner Rebecca was very nice a pleasure to talk too & checked in to see if you needed anything to make sure your stay was wonderful! We will definitely be back again!

The house is on a great little inlet on the bayside. Very quiet and an awesome back deck. Great retro feel to the inside. Cool place to enjoy a little getaway!

Great peaceful spot close to all amenities

Loved staying here. The water access was very nice and a great view. The rooms are small but that did not bother us at all. Very clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice relaxing weekend away.

We had a quick get away for a long weekend in the winter before the holidays hit. It was really quiet in the neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. We had our dog with us, and are very grateful for such a nice, dog-friendly property.

75th birthday

I rented the home as a Christmas gift for my parents. We celebrated my moms 75th birthday with friends and family. Although it rained most of our stay we had a terrific time in the house. It offered everything we needed and more. Our family plans to return again next year and stay a longer. The owners are wonderful to work with.

Great place with everything you need!

I booked this place for a nice fall getaway with my family, friends and our pups, and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone, very dog friendly with grass and a great deck on the water! Also super walkable to restaurants and the beach! Also wanted to note, I didn't need to contact the owners for anything, but we messaged before the trip and Rebecca was very responsive! Definitely going to try book here again!

Fabulous!

We decided to take a little isolation vacation for new year's. The place is adorable and so clean. You are right on the water and perfectly located to watch fireworks on the deck. The neighborhood is very walkable, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay here! After many summers of staying on the boardwalk, we weren't sure how we would like staying this far uptown. The community was wonderful and the beach was an easy walk. The house was clean and had plenty of space and all that we needed. The bay views still gave us that beachy feel and added bonus that we could bring our pup! Very communicative host made everything seamless.

Early Fall Getaway at the Beach

We had a great time staying here and would definitely come again! Loved looking out at the water with our morning coffee and evening glass of wine, and the beach was only a short 5 minute walk. House was nicely decorated and had had everything we were hoping for, Rebecca answered all of our questions immediately, 5 star host! Thanks again!

Perfect little getaway!

We loved our little family vacation at this beautiful, cozy beach house! A short and pleasant walk from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood; with dining establishments and a supermarket just around the corner. Which is such a blessing with little ones at the beach! And the owners were so thoughtful with their visitor's guide. We had no problem figuring out all the best things to do during our stay. Definitely looking forward to returning some day!!

Family Birthday Weekend

The owners really pay attention to details. From the old bay spice left on the counter to the clean and fresh decor ...they care . The description of the house online is very accurate in person . The little dock of the bay in the back was great to crab and boat . I liked the keyless entry system as I am known for losing keys . We would book again for sure . The kiddos were sad to leave . Overall a great beach cottage

Great Getaway!

We loved the opportunity to getaway to Northern O.C. for a long November weekend. We really enjoyed the mid century modern "Mad Men" decor and the location was perfect to walk to the beach and a few restaurants for carry-out. We've never stayed in that part of the MD/DE beaches and loved the location - proximity to Fenwick, Bethany and Assateague was perfect! The owners were very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Perfect escape and we look forward to a repeat soon!

Beautiful and comfortable

The house is beautiful and it was very clean. It had plenty of kitchen supplies. There were six adults and we were in Ocean City for the Christmas Lights which was only a couple blocks away. No doubt it would be a great place for a family or group of adults in the summer months. Also, we love staying in North OC where you’re away from the larger crowds and close enough to plenty of great restaurants and activities. Daryl Myers

Mad Men Beach House - I’ll be back!

First time using VRBO. The wife and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing place in OC. We found it at the Mad Men Beach House. We both really enjoyed the deck with views of the bay. The home is beautiful and everything was perfect - just like the photos on the VRBO listing. The host (Rebecca) communicated with us throughout the process and her local recommendations for activities and restaurants were spot on. Great location - we even squeezed in a day trip to Chincoteague Island.

Such a lovely weekend in OC

The property is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with water views, and just a 20-minute drive to all the hustle and bustle of the inlet. The house is bright, cheerful, and comfortable. We were also appreciative of being able to rent a house where we could bring our dog. Rebecca was a wonderful host, and communication was great. We would highly recommend this spot for an Ocean City getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful November Getaway!

Enjoyed a great off season stay! Pre-arrival instructions were detailed and all needed information clearly communicated. House was very comfortable - and with a good weather week in November, we enjoyed sitting out on the deck and even dropped the kayaks into the bay inlet for some afternoon paddling! Short walk(couple of blocks) to the beach for morning walks/sunrise views. Another benefit of the off season was being able to walk over to the Winterfest of Lights Celebration- which was beautiful and a lovely way to end the day. Drove to Assateague several times and overall had a great stay!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My family and I loved Mad Men Beach House so much! It had everything we needed and more. The stroller was super helpful for the Boardwalk and it was one less thing we had to pack. The beds were super comfortable and the black out curtains were perfect for sleeping in and naps. Super clean and relaxing. Rebecca is for sure a super host. She was super responsive and I enjoyed chatting with her! Very walkable area with great options for food. Can’t wait to go back during warmer months.

We loved Mad Men Beach House!

We had an amazing time at our winter getaway! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable! We loved the little touches like the guest book, Xmas tree, and dog wall! Although we ate all of our meals out the kitchen looked well stocked! We enjoyed playing games and being able to take our dogs along! The location is close to great restaurants, the beach, and entertainment! I would definitely go back in warmer weather to enjoy the deck, kayaks, and outdoor movies! Perfect beach vacation for everyone!

We had an amazing time at Mad Men Beach House! We loved having our own house. It was clean and the perfect size for 7 of us. We enjoyed hanging out on the back deck, kayaking, paddle boarding (we brought our own), and going to the beach. There are many places to eat. We enjoyed grabbing a quick bite and eating on the beach! Communication with Rebecca was great. We had a small issue that was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a nice break and so relaxing! Thanks for the great get away!
