The building features oceanfront and ocean view units, each with a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, washer, dryer and central air. The building offers an elevator, handicap ramp, and one or two off-street parking spaces depending on the unit size. Your well situated mid-town location is within walking distance of the Ocean City Convention Center and only a short drive to the famous Boardwalk. This building has numerous options to choose from-they won't last long!
