Bedroom has 2 double (full sized) beds and a TV and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room - sleep 6 comfortably! Washer and dryer in condo and elevator in building. Relax in the bar height adirondack chairs on the balcony, drink your favorite drink and watch the sights and sounds of the famous Ocean City Boardwalk! The pool is normally open from May - September from 10 am - 9 pm. You'll also be with a few blocks of Hammerhead's Bar and Grill, DaVinci's by the Sea, Subway Sub Shop and numerous bike rental and other boardwalk stores. Condo has one parking spot, cable TV and high speed wifi internet. PERFECT LOCATION! .

*Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $99.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
