The bright and open living room features recently updated hardwood flooring and flows right into a dining area with table and breakfast bar where you can easily meals and snacks you've prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
Belmont Towers has private garage parking (6'8" clearance) with two assigned spaces on the 3rd floor (same level as condo), elevator, a fitness room, putting green and outdoor pool with large sundeck. Once you arrive and park your car, you might not need to use it again until you depart - you can easily walk to shopping, restaurants and boardwalk amusements from this spot! This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season.
Sleeping up eight guests, bed sizes include a king in the primary with a 32' flat screen smart TV, queens in bedroom two and bedroom three, and a queen sleep sofa if needed in the living area. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit
for your convenience. Limited basic cable and internet available from Nov 1st - March 31st.
Non smoking/non-vaping; no pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
