The Braemar Towers is located at 131st Street oceanfront. Beautiful one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps 6 (King size bed and 2 queen sleep sofas). This unit is in the South Tower of the building on the south side. It has a secure lobby, elevator for easy beach access and outdoor locker to store beach amenities. There are ocean views from living room and bedroom balconies. There is an oceanfront pool, sundeck, fitness room and children/adult game room for your pleasure.
Recent new improvements include central HVAC unit, electrical outlets, flooring, freshly painted rooms, vertical drapes, kitchen upgrades, bedroom suite and balcony chairs.

The Braemar is close to shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters. Non-Smoking. No pets allowed. There is a $75 Building Registration per week payable by check or credit card upon arrival to building.

What an outstanding property and property manager to work with! Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It made our vacation and we would love to stay there again.

Excellent condo & location! Excessive communication from property managers

We absolutely loved this condo: It was located steps from the beach (we often didn't even wear shoes when we left, since it was approximately 10 steps from the condo door to the outdoor stairs leading to the beach pathway). The condo had a great balcony with a partial beach view. The bed was comfortable and we didn't hear any excessive noise from neighbors or the street. The only annoying part of this experience was the intense communication and paperwork from the Long & Foster property managers. We received over 20 emails with different reminders/confirmations/paperwork which made it difficult to assess which emails needed action. We received consistent communication that the property would not have any paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) or soap products, so we went to great lengths to pack accordingly. We were surprised to find that the condo was almost completely furnished with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. This was a pleasant surprise, but contradicted everything we received in the MANY email communications. There was also an extra $50 parking fee to park in the covered parking area; but we easily found very convenient street parking and saved our $50. We needed a late check-in, and the Long & Foster folks were helpful with what we needed to do to pick up our key after their business hours.

Nice Unit overall

Need to pay attention to outlets. Many of them either didn't work or plugs would fall out. Today's world of chargers and phones this is important. Never could get the dining table light to work. In any outlet.
