Loved the place and the location!!

We had a group of about 10 people and this house fit us perfectly and comfortably. Vladimir was super responsive and made sure our trip was going well. The location was amazing and was a super quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was also super nice that it backed up to the bay as well, lead to beautiful sunsets. We would definitely rent again. Vladimir’s place was awesome!!

wonderful experience

Check in was easy and simple. Communication was easy got a response right away. The townhouse was just 5 minutes away from the boardwalk and beach. It was super clean and comfortable.

Location, affordable and spacious!

Vladimir’s property delivers what is promised and then some. I couldn’t find the garbage bags in the middle of the day and he had his cleaning service deliver some within the hour. Every message was responded to within minutes and you could tell he was very interested in delivering top notch service. We will absolutely stay in one of his properties again soon!

Property management firm does not keep house updated or clean..

Upon Arrival - find AC not working. Had to call the property management co and repair man was sent out who was in the house for 3 hours. House has old, shabby furnishings. Kitchen has minimal supplies. No fire extinguisher. The coffee pot had mold growing in it. Kitchen sliding door had too many vertical blinds missing and could not close it and door off the rails. House was not up to our standards.
