Eight on the Bay 2A is a beautiful, modern, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo overlooking the canal, with a large back deck, perfect for enjoying amazing sunsets and outdoor dining! It also has community pier docking. It's located in a quiet area off 94th Street on the bay side, but only a few blocks to the beach, so you can truly experience the best of the bay and the beach, including walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious modern living room allows you to spread out and enjoy time with family and friends. The bed sizes include a king in the master, a pyramid bunk bed with a twin trundle (one full and 2 singles) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. The large master also has a desk and office chair for anyone looking to work from the beach! Property rents any 3 nights. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Fantastic place

My friend and I were in town for baseball tournament and we really enjoyed the condo for our stay. It was very clean, cozy without being small and set back enough to enjoy some quiet time on the back deck overlooking the bay and sunset.

Nice Place but poor cleaning practices

Nice place, 12 minute walk to the beach and in close proximity to good restaurants and dessert places. It’s not a bad idea to push Central Reservations for an early check-in. We were initially told by the check-in clerk that we could not get into the place until 3 PM and that they would call us if the place was available earlier. The cleanliness of the place all made sense because we actually arrived at 10 am (the previous party’s checkout time) and saw the cleaners cleaning the place. The cleaners left at 10:40 am. Fast forward to 11 AM soon after the cleaners left, and I went into the Central Reservations office and was told that the party before us hadn’t even checked out (they were supposed to check out at 10 AM). The clerk then checked her notes and saw that we could check in and forgot to call us. Our stay was good, but I’m not sure we’d stay again because the floors and furniture were dirty. After walking barefoot in the house, our party noticed that our feet were black, so we actually wore our flip flops indoors at all times.

Location was awesome. Far enough away from the craziness of the boardwalk but close enough to be able to enjoy all features of Ocean City. Very clean and modern and was able to be like a home away from home.

A little piece of heaven

This condo is beautiful and the bay with the boats was fantastic. I could sit there for hours. The bed was so comfy and everything is exactly how it looks in the pictures. There are quiet a few steps to get in and out which I had no issue with. It was close to the beach and restaurants and bus stops. The door handle was very loose on the front door I was able to find a screw driver to tighten it up, The bathroom off the hallways toilet was making a noise which didn’t go away. It worked ok though so I told the reservation company about it! You certainly won’t be disappointed with this condo 😎

Great Family Long Weekend

Clean and updated space was perfect for a last vacation before baby for me and my husband, and our friends were able to join with their infant. Plenty of space a nd bathrooms for all! Great space to relax on the back porch area.
