This is the 1st floor of just a 2 unit only building, 2nd floor available too, see VRBO property ID #2789405.

Completely renovated (and only 2 units) condo, all the way down to the wall studs, NEW paint, floors, appliances, beds, hardwood floors, flat screen TVs in every room, new and big bathrooms and all new furniture too. Front balcony for this 2nd floor condo has ocean views and is covered. Back balcony is open with a view of private yard and where our FREE private parking is located. Table on back balcony for dining "al fresco".
Extra cars can park FREE too because we are on a free; no parking meter street.

Steps to the beach, you don't have to cross any streets we are already located oceanBLOCK 😎.

Super easy walking distance to popular foodie faves too. Park your car and not have to get in it again. Bus stop nearby, easy walk. Bus runs 24/7 every 5-10 minutes, cost is just $3, must be cash and you can get on and off as many times as you would like to just keep the little ticket the driver can give you when you depart. Such as deal!

Minimum age to book is 30, proof of age verification required after booking when you will be able to see my contact info and I will be able to see yours.

The unit was located in a nice area with plenty of free parking right outside.There was a issue checking in that was resolved favorably after 1-1/2 hour outside.The unit had beds for 5 adults.The place was not as clean as we thought it should be. There was debris in the bathroom toilet and the filters in the HVAC were filthy.Would I rent the home again, Yes, definitely.Communication with the property manager was terrible.The number listed in the ad was incorrect. It wasn't until VRBO contacted her that it was resolved. After that, she could not have been nicer. Some of the information about the check in process didn't happen until after we had figured out how to get in. Overall, I was satisfied with the home, it had all new flooring, TV's and furniture and appliances.

Beautiful property 10/10. Marcy was an amazing host, answered text/phone calls immediately. I cannot recommend enough, the best family vacation we have ever been on. The rental was immaculate, the beach is roughly 250 yards from the front door, it’s a beautifully groomed beach. We cannot wait to return, we had such a wonderful time.

Great location

This property was very close to the beach. Easy walk back to the house yo use the bathroom or get food. This beach house was the perfect place for our girls trip getaway. The first thing we noticed was how spotless and spacious it was—plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. We also loved the convenient amenities. The free parking was a lifesaver, and the bus stop right nearby made it so easy to get to the boardwalk without worrying about traffic or parking fees. For just 4 a day, we had unlimited rides. It was a fantastic value and a truly enjoyable stay. Marcy was a wonderful host.

We stayed with our kids and grandkids totally 6 including us. We found the property to be immaculate and easy to access. Our host was more than accommodating and responded quickly. The kitchen was very well stocked and made meal preparations easy. I think the best part is the front porch with four Adirondack chairs. Grreat people watching. The beach is less than a full block away making access a snap. The outdoor heated shower made it easy for us to keep the condo sand free. There's also a hose to wash off your beach shoes. We had a wonderful time.

Property is very nice - walk to the beach

The 2 unit home is very nice - 3 big bedrooms in each. I was making a cake, cupcakes and cookies for a wedding on the weekend and the oven worked great! Full size kitchen with all of the amenities. Plenty of free parking, which is great! The unit was not clean when we arrived, but the property manager was very gracious about it - also had non working TV's, but that was taken care of the same day we reported it. Very good experience with the place and the manager!

Ocean Blue rental

Very nice and clean. Nicely updated. Great private backyard. Very nice front and back porch to enjoy sitting and relaxing. The Owner, Marcy, was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this rental and would like to stay here again when we visit ocean city again. Thanks for a great vacation spot.

Awesome Condo

My wife and I rented Ocean Blue for our annual beach trip and absolutely loved it! We had a few friends staying with us and had plenty of room for everyone! The condo is super spacious and has brand new appliances! It is within walking distance of a few restaurants and has a bus stop only 1 street down. We also loved that it was a very quick walk to the beach being ocean side! We enjoyed almost every meal outside on the back table in the shade and sat out on the front porch every evening listening to music. A must stay place for sure! There is not one thing bad to say about the Ocean Blue and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Spot

The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Plenty of beds. Check in was a breeze, Marcy was wonderful to work with. Just a few houses to the beach. There’s a great breakfast spot across the street plus plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. This home has everything you need - cold AC, outdoor porch and deck to relax on, easy walk to the beach where you’ll spend your days, a bus stop right on the corner, TVs, games, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Just a few steps from the beach

Our family had a wonderful time at the beach. This home is spacious enough to accommodate a family. Its open space design allows for room to have multiple conversations and activities without bothering other's. The front porch is a great place to sit and relax. The bedrooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Overall great experience.

Nice Stay Over July 4th Weeekend

Pros: Communication with the owner was amazing. She quickly responded to any question or message. She also called and texted on our arrival day to let us know that the unit was ready 2 hours early which we were thrilled about. The location of the property is great, just a short walk to the beach. The unit was spacious and great for my husband and me, our 2 sons, and my mother in law. Easy reserved parking was provided for our 2 cars right in the back of the property. AC worked great and house was nice and cool. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for our breakfast and lunches (we went out to eat for dinner every night). Cons: Had to bring our own sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and beach towels, and beach chairs/umbrellas. None of this was supplied by the property and was a lot to pack and bring with us. We could have elected to rent these items but chose not to add the expense. Also, we had the bottom unit and you can definitely hear the people walking and talking in the unit above us. And lastly, this was absolutely made clear prior to booking but it’s worth a mention that a 10am checkout time is pretty early and was difficult on us to clean up, pack up and be out that early (especially for a family of late sleepers). The cleaners arrived promptly at 10am so there wasn’t any wiggle room. I wish checkout was at 11am, more like hotels do, and would have rather checked in later on our arrival day, to have a little extra time on departure day.
