Perfect Location Near the Beach

We wanted a place that was with walking distance of the beach. This condo was perfect. There are two beach access points right by the building. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of street parking for our extra car. Condo was clean and provided beach chairs, umbrella, and outdoor shower for sand removal. Wonderful trip!

Over all place was nice, didn't realize there were 3 flights of stairs. Might mentioned in listing, and I just missed reading on booking, I don't recall. Wasn't a big problem for our family but someone older, slower or disabled might struggle. It was very clean for our time there. We didn't feel like we need to pre-use clean, like some other places we have stayed in oc. Couple drains were a little slow to drain especially if had water fully on. But should be easy clean out for maintenance. Would definitely rent again if available, short walk to beach. In real quiet area at least time we were there, only loud noise we heard was from trash truck. Can't help that, gotta have trash removal.

It was a comfortable stay however construction was taking place and it now blocks a big chunk of the ocean view from this condo. The air conditioner wasn’t great but cooled down the place enough to tolerate the heat. The condo was very clean and comfortable otherwise. Close to the beach which is what we needed.

The unit itself is fine and clean. However, be aware the beach view as advertised is gone because a new building is being constructed across the street. The construction, the worker’s music, and the noise made it impossible to sit on the deck and relax. Vacasa could have warned us weeks ago when the construction started but they did nothing.

10-day vacation from September 2nd to 10th

I hesitated before giving my comments because nothing is ever done with these comments. I hope that you will pass on my remarks to the owners. The condo is very well located, near the beach. The view of the ocean is partial, but that does not matter to us. The apartment is also very nice and very spacious for a one bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, and nothing was missing. When we arrived, the condo was clean on the surface, but the sides of the desks and coffee tables and mirrors were not clean, probably because of the end of the season. There were a lot of small ants. It would be important to advise the owner to change the patio door because the wheels are completely rusty, and it no longer opens or closes. This could help the owner save on electricity (AC) costs in off season, because we could not leave the door open without a screen. It would also be wise to change the Wi-Fi because it is too weak and it is only available in the living room, no network in the bedroom. We were unable to connect to our Netflix account on the TV. The room was very nice, but we had to change bed because one of the two mattress needs to be changed because it is too old and we end up in the middle of the bed. We still had a very nice 10-day vacation from September 2nd to 10th in this condo despite these small inconveniences. We are regulars in OC because I have been coming for 60 years. I would return to the same place if the fixes were made.

We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little disappointed that the view of the beach wasn't what was represented in the pictures in the listing. There was a new building blocking most of the view and it looks like the new building that's under construction right next door will block the views even more once it's completed.

Another great trip

Place is spotless and updated. what you see in the pics is what you get. I wouldn’t book it for more than 2 adults and 2 youngsters that’s my opinion. There isn’t an elevator so if that’s an issue this place isn’t for you. The only complaint I have is there is absolutely no water pressure in the master bathroom sink. Other than that the place was awesome!!! Great view very quiet and like I said spotless. Definitely worth the money

Condo was nice however we should have been told at booking there’s major construction 20 feet from the balcony. We could have handed them a sandwich! Had to keep curtains closed every day so they wouldn’t look in and the 8am to 6pm daily nail guns were relentless and so loud!! This unit should NOT have been rented during this construction!

We enjoyed our stay; the condo provided everything we needed. So glad we picked these dates (beautiful weather and no crowds) and this part of OC (north). The three flights of stairs to the top floor were quite the work-out but the height gave us a great view of the ocean.

September trip to the beach

This was a great property on the street across from the beach access path. The unit is on the third floor allowing for a spectacular view of the ocean. It is a third-floor walk-up, so that is something to consider if you have health or mobility issues. We didn't mind it as we could all carry something up. Being on the north end of Ocean City, it is less congested, but still close to stores, restaurants, and things to do. The grandchildren and our daughter joined us for the last summer days before autumn and were delighted with all the amenities the unit had to offer. Well appointed and very clean with plenty of space for the 5 us; beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. It didn't hurt that we had warm sunny weather for this long weekend visit. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity comes along to do so.

Beautiful view and easy access parking - no bike rack available but easy to secure and lock bikes to stairwell. Condo clean, comfortable beds and couch— washer and dryer were very handy. Kitchen equipped with all of our needs. Quiet and relaxing week. Would definitely stay again.

Third year in a row we've stayed here and first time through Vacasa. Check-in/out was super easy. Vacasa provided linens, some toiletries, dish soap and laundry pods which was a nice bonus. Condo was very clean and location can't be beat! Easy 2 min walk to beach and North OC is very quiet. We can't wait to come back!
