Great building, not a great unit

Ocean Place is wonderful. Great location and pool. This unit, however, desperately needs a makeover. Things were broken, everything is outdated and the cleaning was subpar. I wonder if the owners just haven’t checked on it in awhile? It’s not in good shape at all.

Great condo with a view

Loved everything about this condo clean ! Just four things that need updating ! The hallway bathroom needs love! And the carpet needs to go! You don’t need it I get it then just in bedrooms but not living room! The dining room glass table be careful it’s not glued down to the base! The lock is upside when you put the key in, just flip the lock ! The stove was brand new it was awesome! Appliances were clean the refrigerator microwave etc clean! Great location you can walk everywhere! You’re right on the beach ! Which is awesome , great parking spaces assigned! Pool was clean . Would book again !
