Additional sleeping space available in the living room with a Queen Sleep Sofa. Artesia 202 has been well cared for by the owners who are now opening their 2nd home for your family to enjoy! SMART televisions, Comcast Cable, FREE Wi-Fi, Beach Chairs, Beach Cart, Boogie Boards, Beach Toys, plus an in unit laundry room with a full size washer & dryer are available for use during your stay! Less to bring and more fun to have!

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals! HIGH CHAIR available for guest use. Bring your K-cups for the Keurig too! We also supply dish liquid, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, coffee filters, & hand pump soap at all sinks.
