A bit dated with some minor issues (quickly resolved however!) and fantastic access to the beach and all ocean city has to offer.

Great Location

Close to everything you need. Just across the street or down or up a block are groceries, restaurants, take out and shopping. Beach is right there with easy access. Condo could have been cleaner.

Great condo

Very clean and modern. Great views of the beach and Bayside. I feel the bed in the primary bedroom is just too hard but this is the second year we've stayed in this condo.

Well Stocked, Easy Beach Access

The access to the beach, pool were amazing. The view of the water from the oversized dining table on the balcony was a treat. The condo's kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family. The beds were firm if that's your thing - a little too firm for me, but we still slept well. The place has older decor and a few stains, but was clean and sanitary. We would recommend for families.

Clean but dated

Location was great! Security guards were friendly and helpful. Condo was very spacious and generally clean. Decor was dated, master bathtub needs replacement. Stained, non-slip stickers on tub were dirty and half off and the shower curtain was stained. Towels provided were of very poor quality and were not absorbent at all. Walk to the beach was very easy and it was great having a balcony to see the ocean and another balcony to see coastal highway. Both balconys were large and furnished.

1970s called

This place would have been great in the 70s. Needs a DEEP DEEP DEEP clean and some remodeling. The carpeting was gross. There was not one comfortable piece of furniture in the place. Surprisingly the beds werent bad. Would i stay here again. Yes... for the location

Check in was a pain having to go to off site Vacasa office to check in and out.Additional 50 parking fee on arrival at condo was total BS honestly. 50 bucks isnt the end of the world but really is irritating and shady.Condo was fine pretty standard.

Very dirty, broken closet doors, moldy master bath ceiling, all mirrors were grimy and not clean, drapes in master bedroom unable to be opened due to being screwed together permanently at the top. Very old and outdated... Wouldn't recommend!

A mess

Mold, broken chairs and lamp shades. Nothing like the pics. Closet doors stuck. Tv didn’t work in two rooms. Old fire alarms not removed. Divider in living room stuck. Vacasa team rude and disrespectful. I could go on and on

Minor inconveniences

My biggest complaint is that I paid for late checkout (2 P. M.) and the cleaning person let themselves in at 9:55 A.M. After explaining that we would be gone by 2, she let herself in again at 12. Also, I stopped in at the rental office at 12:30 and they said the room was not ready but someone would call me when it was ready. No one ever called, I went back at 4:45, they said of course it’s ready! I had a smoke detector start beeping on my last night, went to the front desk, they had me spend 30 minutes trying to reset it, then said just unplug it and leave it with them.
