Family Friendly

The apartment was nice and spacious for our family of five. The location was perfect for my conference at the convention center, the beach view for my husband teleworking, and the very short walk out the back door to the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

The unit is directly on the beach, with fully stocked kitchen, very nice furnishings and a pool. Went for girls weekend for our 60th birthdays. We hope to come back again.

This was our 11th year in OCMD. We have always had wonderful stays in other buildings/units and have never left a bad review. But this unit was terrible all around. Dirty, broken air conditioning, stained furniture, not as listed and very disappointing.

Disappointed

Lots of issues with this property. The photos make it look really nice but the furniture is cheap, especially the bunk beds, they seemed very unstable. There were a lot of flies when we got there. Light fixtures were falling down from the ceiling. Broken light switches, outlets and closet doors didn’t stay closed or fell out when you touched them. The patio doors were also difficult to open. There were beer can tabs and beer bottle caps on the very crowded balcony (way too much furniture for the space). The dryer didn’t work either. It heated but didn’t tumble so was basically useless. At least we found a drying rack but we spent most of the week with clothes scattered throughout the unit to dry. There were lots of keys and codes. I wasn’t given a pool key in my check in packet so I had to go back to the office the next day to pick one up. There was a fight outside our last night and someone urinated in the parking garage which caused the entire area to smell. I was really disappointed. For the amount of money I spent, I expected more. At least nothing broken and a dryer that worked.

Dissapointed with management

The unit itself was fine, the management and the check-in information was horrible. There was only one email (which was not received on time) that let us know that we were to pick up the parking permits. All other notices only indicated the lockbox code and the door codes. The management staff was rude, and gave conflicting information. The TV's did not work because the remotes did not have batteries, management did nothing to rectify this despite being contacted both by txt and phone for 3 days. There seemed to be just canned responses via text, and bad information from the actual staff when they were called. Horrible arrival information, horrible departure information. This is not rocket science and they should have it down.

Beautiful view.

The view was breathtaking. The property itself is nice, however it was disgustingly dirty and not well kept, which is unfortunate seeing how much you pay for it. Manager was responsive to the broken dryer and mice droppings under the sink, which was good, I guess, but overall very disappointed in this property.

Half-@ssed renovation

They obviously ran out of money after they completed some of the renovation but they posted misleading pics that make the place look really nice. It’s not. The bathrooms are gross. Tiles are peeling up (which is dangerous, we covered the floor with towels and taped down peeling paint so our kids wouldn’t cut their feet) and both bathrooms were filthy. Several things were broken… the ice maker, the air conditioning, the sliding glass door. Flies everywhere. The drop ceiling has gaps, who knows what lives up there. Definitely flies. The sliding door handle was completely missing on one side and wouldn’t close all the way. We basically couldn’t open or close it all week and taped over the hole to try and keep bugs out. The place is priced as though it’s really nice and it’s less than mediocre. They basically put in decent flooring in the main area and granite countertops. Otherwise it’s junky. It’s priced as though it’s a premium unit and it really isn’t. Not recommended.

Great place key codes for pool. And entrance and stair well all different. Kinda annoying at times.
