The condo had great views. The building itself wasn't overly crowded or busy, and people were very nice and respectful. Distance to the beach was great. Condo itself could use some minor upgrades and minor maintenance but nothing that was a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

Great View and Location, Mediocre Place

As mentioned in other reviews, blinds were broken in the main living area, which meant we couldn't open them fully, as well as in the bedroom, which meant sunlight came blazing in - bring a sleep mask! Couch was new, but beds and other seating were uncomfortable and some of the chairs were literally about to fall apart. Linens were scratchy, and we had to go get our own hand soap, which was fine but I wish we'd been given a list of things to bring and that we'd brought our own linens. I also wish we'd known that you have to pull the front doorknob towards yourself while entering the code, so the lock can slide (we learned this after battling it in the pouring rain when we first arrived). On the positive, this is a very unique building. Onsite management and Vacasa staff were helpful, and you really can't beat the view and location of this place (check out Bull On The Beach, Blue Fish and Layton's if you've never been). Pool was nice and warm, with restrooms/ changing rooms and quick beach access, and elevators work quickly and feel safe.

Has a lot of potential

We’ve stayed in the pyramids quite a few times and absolutely love the area but I must say that this particular unit needs some serious attention and because your company represents this home is why I wanted to bring it to your attention. On a positive note the pyramids are wonderful condos in probably one of the most convenient places that I’ve stayed in Ocean City. The views from this condo were phenomenal. And I feel this condo has great great potential. Let me start by saying that you cannot sit on the living room sofa because of the major tears in the sofa and the bottom cushions were coming out of the sofa. Neither shower door closed the entire way. You could not open the blinds completely in the master bedroom for that gorgeous view of the ocean because the blinds do not work properly and have probably been out there for several years. There are several flooring issues in particular the one in the master bedroom that my husband accidentally tripped over and it could’ve been a catastrophe and I feel it’s very unsafe. I strongly suggest you someone from your company to tour this unit and bring it up to the proper standards of your company. After all the years of renting I must say this is my first negative review but I wanted you to be aware of the problem. With that said if the owner of the unit is unable to maintain it and would consider selling it at a good price my husband and I would totally be interested in purchasing it.
