Plaza 1211- Great Experience

Plaza 1211 was very clean and updated. We really enjoyed our stay with all the accommodations it had (clean sheets, towels, dish soap, dish sponge, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc). The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a hot tub that is always maintained well, clean and enjoyable to use. Overall, great experience and highly recommend.

Summer vacation

Place was nice but a bit dusty. They need a new sweeper, and it would be nice to leave some basic cleaning products for the place. Maybe some windex. Front room was a bit dated. Other than that- nice place.

Oceanfront bliss

First you need to know that guests to this unit must check in and out through Vacasa office 5 minutes away. Than you must see another office in lobby of building for parking pass. We had trouble accessing unit because electronic lock did not fully open. Building manager gave me spare key and Vacasa sent a handyman to fix lock. Unit is decorated nicely and was fairly clean. Vents needed dusting. Views were incredible. There are even bay views fromt the front. Building is dated and could use renovations. The amenities were plentiful. There was even a bar and restaurant with live band on weekends. Overall great stay. I would recommend.

Great Stay

We loved this place. The weather was terrible but, thankfully we had a nice place to enjoy inside and still hear the ocean. Probably one of the most well equipped kitchens in a rental. Only thing is wish the TV was a little bigger.
