Boasting a private balcony, stunning views of the ocean, and all of the comforts of home, no one will want to leave this oasis. When days heat up, the waves and warm sand will be calling your name mere steps away, yet the shared pool can also be just the ticket for a perfect afternoon with a good book in hand. If you have a few competitive members of the group, the pickleball courts available on-site will provide endless fun. When nights come to a close, the inviting living area can host the next family movie night, and the high-speed WiFi will come in handy for sharing favorite memories on social media or streaming movies.

Sitting on the endless sand of Maryland Beach, there will be no lack of activities to indulge in such as snorkeling, swimming, beachcombing, or simply working on that tan. Head less than a mile south and you will find a plethora of tasty restaurants to pop into in between various adventures nearby. Make your way north and you can spend the day checking out Fenwick Island State Park.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
