Terrific beachfront and clean, comfortable place! The A/C was lopsided across bedrooms, so the first one down the hall got WAY more than the primary bedroom. Shades didn't open there, either, and key takes a LOT of jiggling to lock and unlock (sometimes 5 minutes). Otherwise super relaxing and comfortable.

Very nice place

Great oceanfront condo with plenty of room for family activites and relaxation. Spacious balcony with plenty of seating and small tables for drinks. Spectacular sunrise views! Nice kitchen. Easy beach access. Decent pool. Cute leanding library. We had a lovely 4-day weekend. The unit is older, and being updated a few things at a time, but was sufficient for our needs. Our only complaint was that the man who assigned our parking spot was exceptionally rude to the man checking in before me, to me, and to the woman in line behind me. Seems like that is just his way to do things, but was totally unnecessary.

Beautiful view, poor cleanliness, horrible beds

Pros: 19th ocean front condo. Beautiful view! The condo has a huge game room for kids with an indoor BB court and nice indoor pool. The living room furniture is nice and comfortable. Newer appliances with filtered water/ice. Cons: Air conditioning is broke. in 1 bedroom the guests absolutely froze, in the rest of the condo it was unbearably hot. dishwasher was full of smelly dishes upon arrival. I had to wash someone else’s dishes and put them away. Not a good start after we just drove for hours! The microwave was missing the glass turntable, and had splattered food all through it. We called management multiple times and was told they would replace the microwave but no one ever showed up even after continually calling them. So we had no microwave at all. The beds are horrible. So bad the single beds are broke and you literally fall into it. Two people had to share one single bed because of it. There was only ripped up protecting pads on the mattress that made you uncomfortable and sweat. The blinds were broke and the hot sun came in the living room. The blinds in the bedroom would not open. Light bulbs burnt out not enough light in areas where blinds would not open or at night. The bathrooms had black mold in the shower and soap scum on the shower doors. Filthy. They only give you 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person so be prepared to wash towels while you are there. If you are looking for a great view and can overlook the filth, broken air conditioning, and go without a good night sleep then this place is for you.

Not bad

We loves the ocean view for sure! Nice condo all in all. The sliding door in the one bathroom was a bit rough and the fan in it was open with a empty light socket. The door was a pain to get to unlock to get into the condo. It was a nice condo for our stay just needs a few things fixed 🙂
