Just a short stroll from the Boardwalk is Parrot Bay Townhouse 28, a charming 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Beach Home comfortably sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children. Upon entering, it will instantly bring back memories of Ocean City days long ago. You will love the bright, Beachy Decor and layout of the 1st floor Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen - make the most of quality time while relaxing in the Air Conditioning, all while never feeling crowded on the 2 sofas that double as Sleeper Sofas. After a day at the Beach, you’re sure to appreciate the Free WiFi, watching a movie or enjoying a family game night together, this home offers the perfect space to make memories year after year. Even better, Parrot Bay allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering completely flexible reservations. Book any trip you like with a 3 night minimum stay.
On the 2nd level you will find the Primary Bedroom, which comfortably sleeps 2 in a cozy King Bed. This Bedroom also has an Attached Bath with Walk-in Shower. Just down the hall, you will find Bedrooms 2 and 3, each sleeping 2 in a plush Queen Bed. The 2nd Bath is perfectly placed in the hall convenient to both Bedrooms 2 and 3.
Parrot Bay is home to a private community Outdoor Seasonal Pool and just a few short blocks from the beach and Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk, with a wide variety of dining, shopping, and amusements for all ages, so park the car and leave your worries behind. While you are calling Parrot Bay home, the only thing to do is enjoy the magical times to be had with the ones you love most!!

Great location - Not Clean/Well Maintained
The best thing about this house is the location. Extremely walkable and close to everything. The rooms are sizable and parking is nice. Check in/out was very easy. The washer/dryer in unit was a nice to have.
Smell:
If you have severe allergies to smoke and mold, do not book this place. There is a dank/damp smell that permeates throughout the house and we had to leave the windows open most of the weekend to air it out. Two of the adults who stayed with us had to take allergy meds just to be able to breathe.
Cleanliness:
It is not the cleanliness level you would expect when booking a rental. As soon as we got into the house, we had to wipe everything down/wash linens again (including blankets). All the linens were placed on unmade beds which had a mattress protector on top with hair/stains all over. The pillows were also stained and did not have pillow protectors on them.
The drawer with utensils had hair/debris inside and the dishes had food debris on them so we ran everything through the dishwasher again prior to using.
Maintenance:
If the unit was clean, I wouldn't care so much about maintenance of the house. All the frames were extremely crooked (like this is an easy fix which makes me think that the cleanliness of the house is even more suspect). Walls looked gross/scratched stained. Doors were hard to open/close etc.
Would I book here again? Probably not at all unless I was desperate for location.

Not a good experience
We stayed at this house for Marlin Fest, and it was not an ideal place to stay. There was no hot water in the primary shower, missing sheets, and a damp feeling on the carpet. We will not be staying in this house again.
