Pretty good

Nice place, clean, great location. Parking is an issue, but there is plenty to do within walking distance. Living room furniture is not very comfortable. Bring an air mattress if you plan on using the fold out couch.

Good place to unplug

This place is awesome! It's really close to the boardwalk, and there's some great food nearby. The room is super cozy and comfy, too. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great for 2 in the off season

This little apartment was perfect for my wife and I for a mid September after bike week trip to the shore. Walking distance to anything you need and a nice flat bike ride to the other end of the boardwalk

we enjoyed our stay!

this place is actually pretty nice. i love how close we were to the beach. the bedroom was veryyyy hot. the fans that were provided were nice and definitely kept it somewhat cool. the wifi didn’t work for anyone. we also tried to stream from iphone but that didn’t work either :/ also a bit annoying to not have any parking available but all in all we had a good time. i’ll definitely book this place again in the future.

Great little apartment!

Perfect for 2 people, but sleeps 4. Lots of extras not mentioned. Fans, beach chair, extra bath towels, TP, cooking accessories, coffee filters, friendly considerate neighbors. Parking was no problem even though it stated no parking lot, we had no problem. It was such a nice place we’d like to buy it. We will definitely stay here again! Wi-Fi was a little spotty, but that is the only negative thing wrong with this adorable place. And you’re not at the beach to sit inside on your phone anyway! LOL

2nd stay

We stayed for the 2nd time and enjoyed it once again! The unit is clean and has everything you need for your stay including games and beach stuff. We brought a mini ac for the bedroom due to the lack of it in there and it worked out much better. The WiFi was still an issue. It took forever to connect, would kick you off, and was super slow. We used 5G and it was much faster.

Beautiful Place but..

Every time I’ve visited Ocean City in the last 2-3 years I’ve stayed at the Sea Nymph! It’s honestly my favorite place to stay and I’ve stayed in some of the more “upscale” hotels. I love how private it is, how you can still see the ocean from most rooms, and I love how easy check in is through Vacasa. With all this being said I am still giving this place four stars but my only complaint would be the rock hard bed! But I honestly know that bed firmness is a preference and I’m 7 months pregnant so I can’t let that weigh to heavily on my rating.

Girls trip

This apartment is small, suitable for 2 adults and possibly small children. There wasn’t anywhere to put our clothes so we had to keep everything in our bags. We had an issue with the wifi so we didn’t use it, cable remote had bad batteries so we just watched the Samsung tv channels which was fine for us. The location is close to the beach and boardwalk which is why I booked it. The parking near the building is difficult to navigate with the rules of street parking, but it works once you figure out where to park and not to park. We were to friends enjoying a getaway so we were just happy to be away.

Nice small place but no parking.

Convenient to beach and local restaurants. However absolutely no parking for any of these units. Wasted a lot of time looking for parking on the street several times a day.

I will rent here again!

This unit has a direct view of the ocean from the front porch! Unit was clean and ready when we arrived. However, whoever has cleaning contract must put the toilet roll in the bathroom! Coming off the road, first thing folks must do is usually a restroom visit which is no issue until you notice there is no toilet roll! It was on the kitchen counter with all the other bathroom necessities.

Zero customer service.

When we entered the room on Saturday evening there was a bag full of dirty laundry from the previous tenants left in the room. Then we were provided no toilet paper like it mentioned we would have. Shortly after my son cut his foot on the metal threshold in the kitchen that was sticking straight up. I called emergency maintenance and they said they would be over shortly (this was on Saturday around 8PM). They never showed. The pull out couch was also broke and their solution was for us to sleep on the mattress on the floor. They repeatedly said they would be sending maintenance to fix our issues and no one ever came. I called and texted the help line several times and no one was able to assist. Horrible customer service. Absolutely do NOT recommend here or any other Vacasa properties after this experience.

very disappointed

I was called the day before I arrived and asked if I would be needing the pullout couch. I responded that we would as We had 4 people staying in the unit. I was assured the couch would be in working order by the time we checked in. we arrived and everything appeared to be normal. after going out to dinner we came back to see that people have been in our unit without our knowledge, and we found the couch was disassembled and they left the couch frame and cushions laying around room. I made a phone call to find out what was going on, as this was 8pm and we would like to relax and eventually go to sleep. I was told that we would be getting a new couch tomorrow. well what about tonight? where are my kids going to sleep. The best they could do was to bring over a used air mattress with a week pump that barely inflated the mattress. this was almost 10pm by this time, by the way. they told me they were sorry and would comp me for the first day. Day 2 5pm still no new couch. called and complained, and within the hour the new couch arrived, was told that the 2nd day would be partially comped for our troubles. I told them I understand things happen, and was satisfied with the situation due to the compensation they were offering. Once we were done with our stay and checked out, several tries to contact the person were made to ask about the refund. no responses were made. we paid over $1000 to stay for 3 nights, and when a refund finally showed on my credit card it was for $111, a fraction of what was originally explained to me. again no responses to any form of contact i have attempted to make since then. Once they get your money up front they will make all kinds of excuses to explain poor service then promise you things that they won't deliver on. ***DO NOT STAY HERE***

Cosy, Clean, Comfortable

This was a great place at this price. The location is good and the condo itself is well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The staff also did a nice job of communicating what the place did and did not have, so we were able to prepare accordingly. We will certainly consider using this place during our next visit!

Cozy spot

The condo's location is great. Walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, CVS and bus stops. Parking is **street parking only** but many spots can be occupied for multiple days. The AC unit is up front and there is none in the bedroom, but keeping the door open keeps the room cool. The unit was very clean on check-in.
