It definitely is a budget friendly hotel. However, it's clean and just across the street from the beach.

The hotel is outdated. The room smelled like vomit. The restaurant wasn’t serving food, only drinks. The restaurant was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel so commuting is effortless. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Was everything we needed and nothing more. Loved our view for our bayfront view room. Rooms were clean, facilities were convenient, parking was easy, loved that we had a fridge and freezer in the room. Shower was nothing fancy but it was clean and water pressure was good. The only complaint I had was you could hear the hallway noise pretty loud (doors closing etc). And the air condition was reeeeally loud when it turned on. Kept waking me up at night but hey - all in all for a 2 star hotel it was everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay again!

We woke up to glycol leaking from the ceiling. Then we spent the early morning with maintenance in the room. We were told we would get a $50 refund to our card but we never received it.

Staff absolutely hate their jobs and asked for a comforter, but were told to go down to the lobby to get it if I wanted to. The sheets and towels were dirty. I had a " do not disturb sign on my door, housekeeping still knocked in the morning, completely ignoring the sign. Otherwise, it was fine, wont be coming back.

The room was clean but there was heavy damage under the AC vent/furnace that made it look very dirty. Not sure if it had leaked in the past causing water damage but the carpet was all torn up and discolored and it was the first thing I noticed when I walked in the room.

The bay view was wonderful and the private beach was really nice! The maid service checked in with us daily! We wanted a room with a kitchenette and although there were sufficient plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and silverware, there was only one small pot with lid...and the pot was burned on the bottom! The only utensil besides silverware was one spatula for turning eggs...not very usable...no collander or other kitchen accessories. Also, there was no toaster, so I toasted bread in a pot! If you're going to call it a kitchenette, it would be a good idea to have some additional kitchen items, e.g. a working spatula and a knife to cut something...at the lest. Also, the bathroom sink faucet came off every tije it was turned on. Finally, the rugs were very dirty as evidenced when we walked on the carpet in our socks.
