The most amazing 2 BR 2 BA condo on the beach! Sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings! Comfortable living room & an incredible renovated kitchen if you wish to stay in and cook. Very quiet building! Additional ocean views & ocean sounds from both bedrooms. One TWO PARKING SPACES. perfect vacation oasis awaits! Walk to Saltwater 75, Bayside Skillet, Mini Golf & MORE

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Fantastic Views. Great Location.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Property was updated, clean, and comfortable. Each bedroom has a view of the beach. Woke up to a stunning sunrise! The verandah was our favorite part with views of both the ocean and the bay. Location was close to some wonderful OCMD spots and easy proximity to north and south. Just right. We look forward to another stay.
